The Tchai Build Different Client's Day was created as an occasion of appreciation for our clients and the collaborations that continue to shape us. A moment to connect, exchange ideas, and spark inspiration together.

We began the day at the Fenix Museum, where design, flow, and narrative demonstrated how space can influence perspective. After exploring this unique environment, a short walk brought us to our next destination: Restaurant Putaine. Here, Kim Tchai introduced WOEDS, our new sustainable concept, before we shared lunch together.

A simple breathing session followed after lunch, offering a reset of pace and energy, before Maurice Ajanaku shared his insights on storytelling and creating experience in retail. Through powerful examples, he showed how brands can move beyond the surface to create presence and meaning.

The afternoon concluded with a workshop that sparked new conversations, alongside a custom-designed gift: Object 01. This Tchai Toolkit was created to support our clients in truly building different, together. Before heading out, a quick photo booth moment captured the spirit of the day.

The structure of the day mirrored our philosophy: retail design is not only about what is built, but about how people move, feel, and connect within it.
