Our production and assembly team is a crucial link within the organization. This is where unique projects come to life with precision and dedication. > You’ll bring calm, structure, and clear priorities to the execution of ongoing projects.
> You’ll ensure clarity and oversight in the daily planning and coordination.
> You’ll develop plans to align our production and assembly for future growth and implement optimizations.
> You’ll work actively with your own team and other departments to streamline processes.
> You’ll guide the team to strengthen collaboration—both internally and cross-functionally—by delegating responsibilities to the right people.
> You’ll contribute to a culture where people work with joy, pride, and craftsmanship in a flat organizational structure.
What do you bring?
> Natural leadership with a connecting, coaching style focused on empowering people to become more self-directed.
> Solid production and material knowledge, technical insight, and a hands-on mentality.
> Experience managing production or assembly teams.
> A higher professional education level (HBO) or equivalent.
> Strong sense of group dynamics and the ability to motivate people.
> Clarity, decisiveness, and a warm heart for the team.
